Engine Bay Detail
What goes into the engine bay detail?
To clean the engine we pre-rinse the engine with a degreaser. We follow that by agitating all the plastics and components with a variety of brushes. We then rinse off all of the degreaser along with the dirt. We then dry the engine with a blower and a microfiber towel. And finally we apply a dressing to the engine bay that gives it a deep black shine that makes it look new!

FAQ
1. Is cleaning an engine safe?
Yes it's safe we've worked on plenty of engines and none of them have had any problems starting up, as long as you don't have the water flowing in one specific spot for too long especially areas such as the alternator or the battery.

2. How long does it take?
Typically detailing the engine takes around 30 minutes.

3. How often should you have your engine bay detailed?
It all depends on your preference, like if you like having your engine looking clean all the time. Some people say every 2-3 months should be good, but personally giving your engine a good cleaning once a year should suffice.

4. Should you have your engine bay detailed?
Having your engine clean doesn't really help the engine much, but it can protect the air filter from contaminates and dust, plus who doesn't like having a clean engine bay!
